Purée Mold

Shapes puréed food like natural product for a more appealing appearance.

-Molds decrease labor costs by quick preparation and plating of food.

-Simply fill a mold with thickened purée mix and freeze for a minimum of two hours.

-Unmold on plate while frozen and store individual servings for later.

-Heat unmolded purée at 350°F for a maximum of ten minutes to serve.

-Use microwave oven to reheat unmolded purée.

-Portion size is between 3 to 4 oz. depending on how high you fill the molds.

-Dishwasher safe and may be sanitized.

-Withstands temperatures to 185°F.

-Made of food-grade polyproylene for durability.

-17L x 11W.
