Hubert® Value Digital Thermometer can be recalibrated in the field.

• Waterproof, 1.50mm Dia FDA-recommended step-down probe with QuickTip® technology stabilizes reading in less than five seconds with an accuracy of ±0.5°F in the food safety zones.

• Temperature Range -40° to 450°F/-40° to 230°C.

• SelfSet® pushbutton recalibration, min/max button and hold feature.

• Auto-off after 10 minutes, anti-microbial case and sleeve.

• Uses one LR44 button cell battery included.

• 3"L stainless steel stem. 7"L overall.
